"I am the current secretary of Harbor Art Guild in Hoquiam, Washington. We had an oil spill off our coast in the 80's, certainly nothing on the scale of the Gulf oil disaster, but it was a scary time up here. I volunteered at the bird rescue. Our beach area recovered and I can only have positive hope that yours will too."
