"Remember the Blue" This is a 6x9 piece of 110 bristol with a 5x7 watercolor dolphin painting.
Chelsae Youkers is a self-taught artist and random crafter. She lives in Butler Pennsylvania with her husband and is awaiting the arrival of her first child in a couple of weeks. While mostly working in sharpie markers and acrylics, she occasionally breaks out the watercolor to play. She loves the ocean and while she lives inland, dreams of being at the ocean's shore are never far from her mind.
