My name is Stephanie Lauber and I am an illustrator and amateur photographer living in the San Francisco Bay Area. I am contributing this piece to the Gulf oil spill cause. It is a Snowy Plover and its
chick, one of the many beautiful bird species affected by the Gulf oil spill.
