Kieren Dutcher is an illustrator in Oakland, CA. Her first picture book, "Chinese and English Nursery Rhymes: Stories and Songs to Share", Tuttle Publishing, came out in April 2010. This painting is in her favorite medium, gouache resist, roughly 8"w x 6"h on Arches watercolor paper.
